Welcome to Wealth Path. We are currently in the development phase of our financial guidance platform. This policy explains how we handle your data while we build and test our "Proof of Concept."

Wealth Path is owned and operated by Dolce Strada Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the Data Controller.

• Contact Information: Name and email address for waitlist and account setup.
• Financial Data (Open Banking): When you connect your bank, we receive "read-only" data (balances and transactions). We never see or store your bank login credentials.
• Mortgage Readiness Profile: Information you provide regarding your home-ownership goals and timeline.

We do not connect directly to banks. We use a regulated Third-Party Provider (TPP) to access your data via Open Banking.

• How it works: You grant consent to our provider (e.g., TrueLayer, Plaid, or Yapily). They securely share your transaction data with us so our "Life Event" modules can analyze it.
• Control: You can revoke this access at any time via your bank's app or our settings.

• Test and refine our budgeting and mortgage guidance algorithms.
• Communicate updates about our launch.
• Anonymize data to help demonstrate the platform's value to potential financial partners.

Under the UK GDPR, we rely on:

• Consent: For accessing your bank feeds and sending marketing.
• Contractual Necessity: To provide the core functionality of the app you have signed up for.
• Legitimate Interest: To improve our software and ensure security.

• Location: We store data on secure servers located within the United Kingdom / EEA.
• Security: We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Because we use "Read-Only" access, no money can be moved or transferred via our platform.

As we move toward a full public launch, Dolce Strada Ltd will be registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and will operate as an AISP Agent under the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) framework.
